INDUSTRIAL & LOGISTICS ROBOTS · BMR
AI-assisted laser measurement for fast, repeatable construction surveys on site.
The BMR Measurement Robot is available in three models and measures indoor and outdoor spaces on a construction site with a single scan. It reports results as a point cloud and in reverse BIM format, automates the measurement process, and provides repeatable data.
SELECT BY TASK
The BMR Measurement Robot CL10/CL100/CL400 series is a laser scanning device designed to speed up and standardize construction site measurements. Its AI-based measurement algorithm mimics manual rules to automatically perform flatness, verticality, and angle checks, producing results in point cloud and reverse BIM formats. All three models can be operated by one person, complete the measurement of a room in a single scan, and transfer the data chain to concrete correction and interior decoration robots, closing the detect–record–correct loop. The devices are classified as CL10, CL100, and CL400 according to different range and accuracy requirements; their scanning throughput is suited to producing numerous measurements in a short time, and operating temperature ranges vary by model. They bear the CE mark, and their data outputs for on-site system integration are standardized.
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC
Features compiled from source product information; evaluate according to the model and configuration.
A single scan covers all measurement items for a room; measurement is completed in an average of 2 minutes per station, delivering high hourly area throughput.
Offers three models for different applications; the required accuracy can be achieved by selecting a device suited to indoor or large-area needs.
The algorithm mimics a virtual straightedge and set square to automate flatness, verticality, and angle checks; results are reported objectively and repeatably.
Scan outputs are provided as a point cloud and a real-time reverse BIM model; material quantity takeoff and multi-machine connectivity are standard on all three models.
Panoramic photography is standard on CL400 and available as an option on CL100; images can be matched with measurement data.
The device is designed for operation by a single operator; it simplifies field workflows and speeds up measurement processes.
Scan results are organized for transfer to concrete correction and decoration robots; they support closing the data loop from measurement to correction.
The devices have been brought to market with the CE mark; they offer hardware suited to safety and compliance requirements for field use.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The models differ in range and accuracy; the CL10 has a shorter range suited to indoor use, the CL100 has a longer range for medium-scale projects and additional handover inspection features, while the CL400 offers a longer range suited to large areas and facade measurements.
The devices check flatness, verticality, angles and general dimensions; generate point cloud and reverse BIM outputs; and are used to assess interiors, facades, parking garages and concrete floors.
Scanning takes an average of 2 minutes at each station; a single scan provides room-wide measurements, and the devices’ high hourly area coverage enables many measurements to be taken in a short time. Battery operating time is specified by model.
The scan data records issues detected during measurement and is prepared in a format that can be transferred to concrete correction and interior decoration robots; this allows the measurement–correction cycle to be completed using data.
The device series carries the CE mark, and its laser emission is classified as eye-safe Class 1.
