Cage detection and filling
The robot uses its own navigation to locate the cage cart, opens the cage, and places the product at a predefined location or on a conveyor; it can also fill empty cages in reverse.
INDUSTRIAL & LOGISTICS ROBOTS · SENAD
Autonomous tracked mobile robot; cage opening, pallet depalletizing, and machine feeding.
Senad iLoabot-P is an autonomous mobile robot with a high-capacity collaborative arm mounted on a tracked chassis. It performs warehouse-line operations on site, including cage opening, pallet depalletizing, product sorting, and location-based stacking.
SELECT BY TASK
iLoabot-P is a mobile cage unloading and pallet depalletizing solution added to the iLoabot family by Senad. Combining an autonomous tracked chassis with a high-payload collaborative arm, it locates and opens cage carts, then places products on a conveyor or at a predefined location. It performs depalletizing, sorting, stacking, and machine-feeding tasks in complex environments. Its built-in mixed-stacking algorithm handles multi-product pallets in online and offline modes, managing sorting and restacking. Intelligent SLAM-based navigation enables localization, mapping, and route planning, and a follow mode lets it follow an operator. The distributed-load tracked chassis is designed to move over challenging terrain, and its lithium-ion battery supports wireless charging.
PRODUCT-SPECIFIC
Features compiled from source product information; evaluate according to the model and configuration.
The robot uses its own navigation to locate the cage cart, opens the cage, and places the product at a predefined location or on a conveyor; it can also fill empty cages in reverse.
The built-in mixed-stacking algorithm handles multi-SKU pallets in online and offline modes; products are sorted during depalletizing, and the picked products are stacked directly.
Its intelligent SLAM infrastructure automates map creation, localization, and route planning; in follow mode, it follows the operator and works safely in the same workspace as people.
The distributed-load tracked chassis is designed to travel in challenging conditions without damaging the floor and to access vehicle cargo areas; it can cross obstacles and climb.
The large-payload collaborative arm mounted on the mobile unit offers structural flexibility to grip and place cartons of different sizes, and is used for palletizing and sorting tasks.
The lithium-ion battery is charged wirelessly; charging tasks are planned automatically as part of the robot's navigation tasks.
iLoabot-P is designed to work in integration with unloading robots and conveyor lines, and shares tasks with other iLoabot models.
