A new level of autonomy in pallet transport
PUDU MP2000 automates industrial material flow for palletized loads.
Multi-sensor navigation and edge computing help reduce the need for site modifications or complex installation. Mapping and configuration speed up the transition to automation.
Supports autonomous workflows in changing warehouse environments by detecting whether storage locations are occupied, load carriers, and aisle clearances.
Supports common pallet types; recognition adaptation helps position the forks correctly for non-standard carriers.
Handling suited to common pallet formats.
Recognition that adapts to different carrier shapes.
The robot assesses the pallet position and whether the storage location is occupied; it selects the target and route for pickup or placement, reducing the need for manual confirmation.
Accommodates position deviations of up to 15 cm and angle deviations of up to 15° for manually placed pallets, helping the forks enter correctly.
Compensable deviation for manually placed pallets.
Compensable deviation in pallet orientation.
Detects the load's dimensions and contours to calculate the space required for safe passage; operates within the specified limits for thresholds and floor gaps.
Maximum threshold height specified by the manufacturer.
Maximum floor gap specified by the manufacturer.
Each robot can make local decisions and plan routes; communication between robots supports efficient task sharing. The manufacturer states that the fleet can continue operating in sync even when offline.
Fork entry can be completed in 20 seconds. Travel speeds with and without a load are designed to reduce cycle time in high-volume material flows.
Time specified by the manufacturer.
When unloaded.
When loaded.
Supports 90° pallet pickup in aisles as narrow as 2 m and a clearance of 15 cm between pallets, helping make more efficient use of available space.
Value specified by the manufacturer for 90° pallet pickup.
Minimum specified clearance.
Depth cameras, 3D LiDAR, and other sensors detect people, equipment, and obstacles in real time, supporting an appropriate avoidance or stopping response.
Environmental perception for navigation.
Avoidance and stopping response to dynamic obstacles.
Alternative route planning when needed.
The robot operates independently during routine tasks, supporting operational continuity while allowing operator intervention when needed.
Tasks can be assigned via PUDU Link, API, voice command, or task buttons. Optional integrations enable coordination with equipment such as elevators and automatic doors.
Applications for transporting palletized loads from the production line to the warehouse and distribution center.
Line-side material delivery.
Pallet handling.
Transfers between distribution centers.
Three application cards are followed by separate technical overviews for two product configurations.
